Notary Public Services in Kitchener
A Notary Public is a licensee (lawyer or paralegal) of the Law Society of Ontario appointed as a Notary Public by the Province of Ontario.
A notary public's seal can be requested by third parties as a threshold to assist document legitimacy. The seal is not legal advice, nor does it give certainty of your document's acceptance.
Our practice is for individuals who need a trustworthy local notary public that can efficiently legalize your documents.
If you’ve never met with a notary public before, the process is probably more simple than you think.
What Are Your Fees?

Prices include tax.
Commissioning $30
Notarization $45

We take all major forms of payment.
