Exhibits may be referenced in your affidavit. In this case, the notary public will stamp the exhibit appropriately. This connects the exhibit to the affidavit in a formal way.

If your affidavit includes exhibits, bring:

• The full affidavit (unsigned)

• All exhibits already attached and correctly referenced

• Valid government-issued photo ID
