It's Not Complicated

A father giving his daughter a piggyback ride in a sunny open field. Both are smiling big!

To piggyback on our last post, we wanted to bring some clarity to what we do.

To start, we will clarify some things we don't do:

  • write wills

  • represent you on a civil claim

  • draft affidavits

  • provide legal advice

  • speak to the content of your document

  • tell you which document you need for your situation

  • tell you specific document requirements for your situation

Our office is administered by a paralegal/notary public. If your situation requires anything listed in the above bullet points, you do well to reach out to a lawyer or, in some circumstances, the party asking for your document to be notarized.

What we do:

  • check your ID compared to your name on the document in question

  • witness your signature (if that is a part of the document requirements)

  • notarize or commission your document

It's that simple. Sometimes people affiliate complication and stress with getting a document notarized because it is a legal affair. We can tell you many of our customers have been pleasantly surprised with the ease in getting a document notarized with us.
